Sponsor a Schoolchild
Help some of Madagascar’s poorest children gain the education they need to improve their lives and their communities.
The fishing villages along Madagascar’s southwest coast are some of the poorest communities on Earth. They have no electricity, no running water, and most villagers have never had a formal education and cannot read or write.
Education is the key to sustaining healthy communities and habits. That is why Blue Ventures provides educational scholarships to more than 100 children each year in the village of Andavadoaka.
Now, neighbouring communities are asking that their children also be given the chance to attend school. With your support more children and more communities can benefit from the power that comes from a good education.
With a donation of £20, a child will receive a full year’s scholarship along with books, pencils and other supplies needed for classes.
This is an amazingly special gift to give and Adlin is thrilled to have received it. She recently came back from a trip with Blue Ventures and taught English at this village. Her connection with the experience and her overall dedication to these causes is very close to her heart, needless to say.
Thank you for the opportunity to give such extraordinary gifts. And thank you for your work!
